HOW IT WORKS

The filter SUPERTHERMO deals with protecting the heating condominium plants, removing the impurities from the water and keeping the plants clean and efficient for a long period.

The filter needs also a device to introduce in the plant the healing and conservative products. It needs also to de-aerate the heting hydraulic plant.

The filter has to be installed on the hydraulic line of heating filtering the total water passage or a percentage of it. Progressively the water will be filtered and every impurities will be removed.

The filter has a 600 mm diameter. Through the upper manhole the filter has to be filled with adequate filtering materials (grit/sand) disposed with a more fine grain size moving upwards. In this way a more effective filtration will be obtained, allowing to remove also the very fine particles.

Inside the filter a proper pipe send the water to the uppers side and it goes out from the downside, after crossing the filtering materials.

The external hydraulic unit allows to perform the filtering materials counterwashing in order to clean them and to restore the efficiency. The hydraulic unit can be manufactured with manual valves or with automatic hydropneumatic valves,

The automatic valves model has an activating system with solenoid valve. They can be connected to a small electronic controller which at preset interval can perform automatically the filtering materials counterwashing.
