HOW IT WORKS

The 2-ways valve VALVOLA DUE allows to intercept a fluid and to stop or to consent the passage.

The wide range of hydraulic fitting (from 3/4" to DN100) allows to use it to realize several hydraulic applications. Most of all,the valve is suitable to realize hydraulic unit for multilayers filters with an hig flow rate as well.

The valve works with hydropneumatic system. A chamber is placed in the upper part divided with a rubber membrane in order to create two different hollows. The membrane is connected through a shaft with a shutter placed in the body of valve.

Sending the intercepted fluid in one of two hollows it is possible to open/close the valve. To drive the valve it is not necessary to increase the pressure of the fluid in the hollow but it can have the same pressure of the network. It is not necessary to install a overpressure pump or to use a compressed air line.

The valve is available in the N.O. version – if the hollows are not pressurized the fluid goes through the valve – or in the N.C. version – if the holllows are not pressurized the fluid  stops.
