HOW IT WORKS

The 3-ways valve VALVOLA TRE allows to intercet an inlet fluid and to deviate it to the outlet placed at 90° according with the “elbow” (E) configuration or to deviate it to the outlet placed aligned with the inlet, according to the “straight” (S) configuration.

The valve is useful to manifacture hydraulic units and moreove is suitable to realize hydraulic units for multilayers filter with operating, counterwashing and clarifying phases.

The valve works with hydropneumatic system.A chamber in the upper part with a inner rubber membrane divides the chamber in two hollows. The membrane is connected through a shaft to the mobile shutter placed in the valve body.

By sending the intercepted fluid to one of the two hollows it is possible to move the shutter and to have the elbow or straight configuration. To drive the valve it is not necessary to increase the pressure of the fluid in the hollow but it can have the same pressure of the network. It is not necessary to install a overpressure pump or to use a compressed air line.

The valve is available with inner spring (model E) to take it normally in the E position, or whitout inner spring (model S) in order to have the S position as standard.
