HOW IT WORKS

The ECOSOFT valve is a hydraulic valve suitable to realize a softener by using ionic exchange resin. The valve is a OEM component and it has to be completed with a proper electronic board in order to pilot it and eventually with a protection cover to give it an aesthetic appearance as well.

The valve works with a hydropneumatic system.It contains a vertical shaft with two shutters fixed on to stop and to divert the water. The shaft is connected with a rubber membrane placed in a chamber in the upper part of the valve. Through a couple of solenoid valves placed on the valve body it is possible to move the membrane and consequently to move the shutters. In this way the valve is able to perform the standard phases of working.

The valve allows to pilot all the standard phases, used in a softener: operating, counterwashing, aspiration, disinfection resin, slow rinsing, fast rinsing. The washing phases are performed in co-corrent way.

The valve can be equipped with an embedded hall flow meter, which can also be inserted  consequently. Using the flow meter it is possible to prepare a softener with volume logic, more accurate than the time logic.

The valve is equpped with a Venturi injector for the brine suction during the regeneration phase.Several models of injectors are available with different flow rate in order to match them with the resin volume of the softeners and the brine flow rate needed.

The valve has a embedded place which houses a chlorine cell in order to produce chlorine for the resin disinfection. Is also available the proper chlorine cell to be used with the valve. The cell is manufactured with special electrodes with very high quality to grant an optimal chlorine production and a long lasting.
